Re: New 520 - Does the OS come pre-installed?

I usually call until they try to send me to InsultLine, I mean
ConsultLine. Back when they supported OV/400 I used to have them help me
out doing mail merge and other stuff (gee maybe that's why they dropped
that product?).
It's a rare week when I haven't opened a PMR.

I think in your case the worse that is going to happen is a little
confusion between hardware and software. But IBM will stay on the phone
with you and see that you get to the right team.
