Select one valid option at a time, Press Enter
2=Display failing item information 8=Close a NEW entry
9=Delete a CLOSED entry
Opt Status Date Time SRC Resource Count
F3=Exit F12=Cancel
At this point it would sure be a good idea to use option 2 to be sure you interpreted the code / error correctly.
Also, there may be other errors.
If there were any errors, you would see F6=Acknowledge All Errors. Then
Acknowledge All Errors
Warning: Selecting the 'confirm' option will acknowledge
ALL existing errors in this partition, not just the entries
currently being displayed. Additional errors requiring
service may exist.
Press F10 to confirm.
Press F12 to cancel.
F10=Confirm F12=Cancel
If you confirm (F10) the attention light will (eventually) go out.
You can go back into the service log and CLOSE New Entries and, then, DELETE a closed entry so you don't see this the next time something like this happens.
Thanks.

Subject: SRC A900 2000 and yellow light
Late yesterday afternoon, our 170 endured two power outages, the second
in mid-IPL.
It seems to have come back up just fine, but the front panel is showing
a yellow light and an A900 2000 SRC.
According to everything I could find, that's "could not find console,"
which fits, since the Yestation in the cage was patched into our 510
when we re-IPLed the 170 this morning.
Do I need to be concerned about the SRC or the yellow light? If not, how
do I clear them?
