Dan,

Your original post was something like: "Does anyone know of a method to
run CPYFRMIMPF and copy the entire path at once?". So you use that path.
For example, if you had wanted to run CPYFRMIMPF against everything in
/home/drasch
you would enter
ls /home/drasch > /qsys.lib/yourlib.lib/thefile.file/thefile.mbr
