1 - There is an option when you log in to "Log on as different user". Many
times this works for me. Have them click that and use their BPCS userid
and password there. If it still keeps switching them to domain/user name
then option 2.

2 - Yes mixed case passwords are supported. Just opened a pmr on this
yesterday. There are two workarounds. Option 1 is to change your
system's password types to those that accept the longer passwords and
stuff. That had too many implications for me. The second is:
2a - Fire up iNav
2b - Expand your system, expand File Systems, Right click on File Shares,
Select Open i5/OS NetServer
2c - File, Properties, Security tab,
2d - Change "Allow authentication with LAN Manager password hash" to Yes.
You will have to click Next Start to change that.
2e - Ok the hell out of it until you're done.
2f - ENDTCPSVR *NETSVR
2g - STRTCPSVR *NETSVR
QED

This was in 6.1 of iNav on a 6.1 box.
Implications were not discussed.
