If there's some reason you really don't want to prototype these and use CALLP, you can always do it this way:

callprc 'QtocLstNetRte' ( &qUsrSpc 'NRTE0100' &ErrCode )

That is, both QtocLstNetIfc and QtocLstNetRte are simple enough to call, with no complex parms. An ILE CL procedure can call either or both of them (and process results if necessary.) And then, if really really necessary, you can use CALLB for the ILE CL.
