I would like to move subsystems QHTTPSVR and QUSRWRK to

For the heck of it, I changed subsystem description QHTTPSVR to use only pool *SPOOL to see what would happen. The HTTP servers still work fine. The only thing I noticed was that *SPOOL pool changed from .25 mb to 30.10 mb after a while - I have automatic performance tuning turned on.

Unlike WAS, the HTTP servers don't seem to need a lot of memory.
