Excel to write the file to the i5. It doesn't use the column headings
on Row 1, but fudges its own names, which you can override/define as

I am trying to use this. This is where I get the SQL error. It does use the
names in Row 1 just fine. You can save the transfer. If I could only get past
this SQL error it looks like it would work.

This does not create DDS, but the file will be externally defined.
You can use iNav to generate DDL from there.

I have tried without DDS and it gives me an error saying it can't find the file
even though I selected the option to create the file.

I also tried by creating DDS and creating the file. That is when I get the SQL
error.

I have a csv file with a lot of fields in it that I would like to got onto an
i5. I can bring up the file in Excel and create an FDF with the field names.

Does anyone know of a program on the i5 that will convert an FDF file to DDS.
I don't have the file created on the i5. Client Access won't create the file
on the i5 from Excel
