Not the documentation, but the delivery papers. They're horribly
disorganized, but your should be able to find out which console was
ordered. If not, just call your BP. They should also be able to get
your system up and running - that's what they're there for. I think
it's strange that a BP delivers you guys a system and doesn't make
sure you get the help to get it up and running - unless you explicitly
declined it.
3. I see the card with phone port, but the other port looks like a mini centronics connector. I don't see a cable that would fit that port.
As said, you most probably have a system configured for LAN OpsCon.
