IIRC INZSYS will run in QBATCH. Problem is with V6R1 if you start up
ANYTHING, even QBATCH she lights up a whole big bunch of stuff.

What I have been doing is waiting on the INZSYS until the next IPL. It
hasn't hurt me although it won't run automatically the next time so some
QUSRSYS stuff doesn't work until you run it yourself. Runs right quick now
though so ti's not a big issue.

Hope that helps!!

If I am planning on doing some more restricted state stuff after an ipl to

apply ptf's or some such thing I run into a problem using the command in
the subject. Basically the first IPL after an upgrade is a cume. The
upgrade tries to run the INZSYS. Since the system is already restricted,
no such luck.

What needs to be running for the INZSYS?
