More IBM firings

I hear there was another round of firings announced yesterday by IBM.  Expect there to be departures as of December 10th after the one month notice period.  If my spider sense is correct this batch of firings will include several more well known and well loved "i" advocates.  

Ross Mauri's recent letter included a very unfortunate word in describing "i".  He called it "strategic".   Today being November 11th I hope you all remember your history lessons, including what that designation means to IBM products and initiatives.
