Well, they got sued out of existence because they're a bunch of idiots. They used customer passwords to download documents from Oracle for products the customers didn't even have. Massive amounts of documentation, from what I understand. This is definitely a case of clearing out the shallow end of the corporate gene pool. Their competitor, Rimini Street, is doing just fine thank you.
