OK, you rack mount gurus. I'll spend the extra $65 for the rail kit, but
answer this:

I bought a baker's rack with wheels on it when I moved to Texas (looks sort
of like this) http://www.bigtray.com/catimg/StandardWireZinc_200x200.jpg

It nicely holds my Model 170, my router, a Wintel server box, and other
junk.

Can I set the 505 on one of these wire shelves and have it run OK? I have
plenty of air flow.
