That looks about right..

I am guessing I need to do an IPL type of "A"?

This will bring up your system with only the permanent PTFs. It might
help if it really is a PTF problem.

If your System is currently stuck at that SRC, you can do a powerdown
by switching the model to manual, selecting option 8 in the control
panel, and then pressing the white power button until the countdown
reaches zero, then release it. (For a model 520, if i remember
correctly, that's the machine you have).
