That sounds familiar. We had a disk drive fail on our 520 late last year. The 520 was sitting on the floor and the CE said it looked like it had a lot of dust around the filters. We moved it off of the floor (which is, also, raised) on to a desk. The filters do look a lot cleaner; we'll just have to wait and see.
