A change to QTIMZON with a different offset from GMT will also cause a
change to QTIME, so beware!

With currently supported versions of i5/os you cannot change QUTCOFFSET -
it's display only. Instead, you use QTIMZON.

Hi Marco,

Try WRKSYVAL QTIME.

This will allow you to either display or change the value.

Also, the System Value QUTCOFFSET. This is the offset from GMT.

BTW, we are at V4R5.

Thanx,

Nick
