We'd need to see the SQL statement to know what's going on. Is the
problem repeatable? If so, just grab it from OpsNav. Two things are
possible (well, many are possible, two are likely) first, the user put
in dumb selection criteria and the query governor saved you from a
disaster. Or, when they upgraded the ERP system they trashed (or the
upgrade process trashed) an index they'd created to enable these queries
to run quickly. The # of rows in a table doesn't really feed into query
processing time unless you're missing indicies.
