I'm running into a problem getting the Incoming Remote command to work in
XP.
I have it working fine in '98 so I know the AS/400 side is setup
correctly.
It may be more related to the version of Client Access / iSeries Access than
the version of Windows. I too have had trouble getting incoming remote
command to work. Using the exact same install method and configuration
options, it works for me out of the box with the V5R2 version of iSeries
Access, but not with V5R1 or V5R4. Note that I'm referring to the PC
software version, not what is running on the iSeries host.
I'm assuming there is a PTF or service modification level which addresses
it, but in the few cases I've needed it I've just used the V5R2 client
software and moved on to other tasks...
