Is there a native way to connect an i5 Database to an SQL Server
database and push (or pull) data?
</snip>

Not sure what you mean by a native way. I am using a version of Scott's
JDBC drivers in RPG programs to read and update data in SQL Server.

I have not tried doing a stored procedure yet. I believe Scott has
indicated that the JDBC drivers as written can call Stored Procedures
but when I checked the docs they indicated that there is a separate JDBC
statement CallableStatement that supports stored procedures calls. I was
going to extend Scott's service program to add this support but haven't
got it done yet.

As far as just calling a SQL Server Stored Procedure on the AS/400
directly without using JDBC, I don't know of anyway to do that.
