Try restoring qusrsys/qatocps file to a different library and coping the
data back to qusrsys. This is the service table file

Subject: Service Table Entries (WRKSRVTBLE) missing

Hi group,

A client did a V5R4 upgrade and ran into some problems and ended up
doing
a restore before the upgrade.

Their Service Table Entries are now missing.

I am assuming these table should have remained intact if the upgrade
went
okay. Or is this similar to command defaults where you have to apply
the
changes after a new release? Can someone confirm this?
