For my current employer, ALL i need is:

1. Ability to convert existing 5250 interface RPG and RPGLE programs to be
web/GUI (I could convince 90% of the naysayers about our package/system
that we DON"T need to change platforms if they could see it "pretty")

2. Since I am basically a 1 man shop, I've looked at in my spare time a lot
of the pkgs out there BUT cost, learning curve etc just don't allow us to go
down that path.

3. Joe, I've had it on my list to get in touch with you on your product.
Maybe once I fight whatever fires have started since Friday when I go in
tomorrow and u get your 270 (which is our production machine also) running I
can touch base with you.

Joe, your demo comes up with an error: Failure to connect to web
server.

Is it not available today?

I'd like to see it.

Yeah, with the problems I've had with the model 270, I took the demo down.
I'll probably put it back up tomorrow, but then I'm going to take the
model
270 down again for the V5R4 upgrade.

I would say this, though: even though my demo is nice (with clickable rows
and a variable font size), remember that this is a browser interface
derived
from a 5250 program. You'll be able to do even better with an interface
designed from the get-go for the browser.
