One option if you're open to commercial solutions is the RPG2Excel
functionality in our RPG2SQL product.

Or try Scott Klements POI samples to read the file via Java and RPG.

In Excel an example would be:

But when we translate this/save it as a CSV it turns into:

10 20

How do we fix this ?
