CPW... While the CPU is rated at 3800 on 515, that is Unconstrained. I
would generally consider 1GB of memory and 2 Mirrored drives to be very
constrained. Unless an app can be loaded into that 1GB of memory and does
almost ZERO disk access I bet you can't get more than 500 CPW worth of
work out of it. When IBM announced the 515 they were very, very, very
specific with the Business Partners, don't sell this box on the MAX CPW
numbers.
With that said, if you are doing NON-WEB and NON-JAVA stuff then the box
as configured will most likely be fine. If you are going to do either the
web or java thing, add at least 1 more GB of memory. If you are going to
do a lot of disk based I/O then add another pair of drives.
