I've got the manual on my laptop in pdf format. It makes it real easy to copy from there and paste some of the instructions into a Client Access session Paul Nelson Cell 708-670-6978 Office 708-425-4198 nelsonp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx -----Original Message----- From: midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of lgoodbar@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, March 22, 2007 7:11 AM To: midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Documentation for V5R4 upgrade Every OS update I've done in the past few years was in conjunction with a box swap/upgrade. This is the first time in a while for me to perform an OS update on existing hardware. I received two boxes of CDs and packing slips, but no hard copy manuals. Is this normal for V5R4? Is all the documentation I need (Memo to users, software installation, etc.) online? I know since I'm skipping V5R3, I need to review the Memo to users from that release as well. Will also review the archives and posts from the past couple months. Thanks, Loyd Loyd Goodbar Senior programmer/analyst BorgWarner TS Water Valley 662-473-5713
