I recently ran a TRCASPBAL for a couple days on a Mimix lpar on a 
different box.  This box as 1/10th the number of arms on the primary box. 
I let the TRCASPBAL run for a couple of days and didn't really notice it. 
Then again, the only thing running was the Mimix journalling and that 
genre.  I brought the system down into a restricted state to run the 
STRASPBAL *USAGE.  Only took about 20 minutes.
