Jeff:
I have a customer that has changed out all their HPs for Ricohs, mostly
4500AP and 3200AP. In the beginning we had a lot of problems getting them
to work on the iSeries. They worked, but had issues with printer control,
printers ending for no apparent reason and very frustrated users. We
finally got the reseller involved, and he had access to an internal Ricoh
intranet that contained a white paper about printing specifically with the
iSeries. Once we got that, and figured out we had a setting incorrect, we
have solved all our issues and the client is very happy with the printers.

Subject: Ricoh CL7200 printer

Anyone have any experience with Ricoh CL7200 printers? Or the company
itself?

As you can probably tell by my recent questions, we're considering some
major print changes around here.

Thanks.

The opinions expressed are my own and not necessarily the opinion of my
