Hi, has anyone come up with ways to report on updates that are done via sql
without using 3rd party software?  If you use 3rd party software for this what
do you use for updates done via sql?


We're doing it by analyzing the journal (commitment control is not a
must). There are commercial products that can help you with this task.

We have definitions of "valid" updates that were done by the
application, and all the rest is deemed suspicious.
