QSRVMON jobs are new in v5r4, their function is to look for possible 
problems on the OS or some of the Licence Programs and if the happen to 
collect data for IBM to do Problem Determination, also Service Agent has 
te ability to report some of this problems automatically to IBM along with 
the data collected
