Create the image catalogue on the remote system and FTP over the files
in the IFS then use ADDIMGCLGE:

ADDIMGCLGE IMGCLG(PTFCATALOG)               
           FROMFILE('/iPTF/FileName.bin')   
           TOFILE(*fromfile)                

Make sure the TOFILE parm is *fromfile so it does not duplicate the
file.
