RE: Verifying Existence of a File on a Server

I'm examining the N.F.S. path now.  While I'm not averse to a commercial 
product, I do have options that make that unnecessary even if I can't get this 
to work.

functions for sending/receiving file to a Windows Share without the need 
for QNTC or NFS running.  You can also get a remote directory list and 
more from a Windows Server.
