Other options?  Find a Java (or PHP) programmer and introduce them to free
form RPG.  Most of them soon realize that the language has a lot of power
and can do things very quickly.  Greta way to start brining new skills into
the shop.

We've done it.  No problem there.  Just give them PC's and WDSc, and
let them write free-format with procedures and service programs.

Alternatively find yourself a classically trained musician and teach them
programming.

Or look for anyone in your company who may be underemployed and can
accurately explain the difference between "if X and Y" and "if X or
Y".  If we find someone among our users that understands the
difference, we start recruiting.
