Which version of WDSC?  If it's 6, I'd say 1GB minimum, 2GB
preferable.  RSE (which gives you RPG and CL) is not that terrible,
but any of the web tooling (which will include HATS) is pretty taxing.

If you *just* want to do RPG/CL, there is a technology preview of WDSC
lite available.  For v6, you still need to install all of WDSC, but
you will get a second shortcut on your start menu for WDSC lite.
