Question about CPW load required to support direct attached windows servers

Assuming that I am configuring an I520 Value server i.e., 30/600 CPW specs
what portion of the load needs to be reserved to support attachment of three
windows 2003 servers where the assumption is that the servers are diskless
and thus boot and run from the i520?
Is this configuration feasible?
I tried to talk to IBM reps today and they have no answers.
Also the I- SCSI solution looks very intriguing.
What are the differences in performance between the I-SCSI  solution and the
direct connection available (previously to X servers.
