What error? Maybe we can search that. I have not been impressed with IBM's implementation of Download Director for ptf's. I prefer their FTP method. I get the email, type it into an ftp script on my i5 and fire off the script. Script then runs in batch. No flaming logo screen on my PC tying it up. And less obscure errors. (Although that has it's fair share.)
