We're getting a lot of the same issues with our LUG. Seems that many programmers are (borrowing a term from "Jerry McGuire") "paycheck players". You may be able to get them to an educational seminar during the day if their boss picks up the tab, but you'd play heck getting them to attend a session at night, even if their boss picks up the tab. Heck, I've seen people practically have to get dragged to take an all expenses paid trip to COMMON. Rob Berendt
