RE: CSV

This is more tedious than difficult and there are multiple methods for
accomplishing this.  I would probably add a parameter to each report
indicating whether printed output or a CSV file should be generated and
allow the users to save that value as a default.  A file name and location
will also have to be captured when the report is submitted. 

Then the report programs themselves would have to be modified to generate
the CSV file or a physical file that can be converted to CSV format via
CPYTOIMPF.
