× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Thanks, I found that out myself as soon as I posted my question.  Ours had
the default of 3 retries 30 minutes apart and 0 for all the rest, which is
kind of meager.  I changed the RTYHOUR to 10 - 6.  First time since we
installed SPLTOOL four or five years ago that this has been an issue.

Our Windows e-mail router was down last night and we didn't get our SPLTOOL
( http://www.bvstools.com <http://www.bvstools.com> ) files.  Does SPLTOOL
do retries?  How many and for how long?  Or is this a SMTP setting on our
i5?  Are these files gone for ever?
