At a previous site around V4R2, they had a library used by the QA group and 
named something like QAPRODLIB. While reviewing various logs and system info, I 
found that the library hadn't been backed up in a long time.

The name starting with "Q" was causing it to be excluded from the regular save 
of "user" libraries via SAVLIB *ALLUSR.

I never looked to see if that was a PTF problem nor if it was corrected in 
future releases. I simply stopped allowing non-IBM library names to begin with 
"Q". In this case, maybe it shouldn't be saved under *ALLUSR, but it's another 
kind of 'gotcha' to watch.
