Going to one conference a year could save Common money because as conference attendance drops Common probably can't make enough money to pay for all the costs associated with hosting the conference. Having one conference a year would probably result in increased attendance for that conference, making it more profitable. I wonder how many people need to attend a conference for Common to at least "break even" ?????
