How can I copy only certain file types to tape and/or disk?

I'd like to only copy certain file types, such as PF only, to take tape
and/or disk and not pick up the LFs?   One time I'd like to pick up the
PF and the next the LF and perhaps another attribute type of file
another time.   I'd like to be able to copy to tape sometimes and
sometimes to DASD.   It doesn't see like Copy to Tape provides this
function and I can't seem to find any other command that does what I
want either.
