Upper management insists on no email controls. The risk of losing business because someone's email file filled and couldn't get an important customer drawing, or an attachment was too big is too great. We can restrict some known attachments that are typically very virus risky, like .exe's and that genre. Space used by Domino increases over a GB/day. Problem is typically solved by purchasing more disk. Every six months we publish a list of the top 20 biggest email files and that encourages voluntary action. Can't see any benefit to archiving the darn data to the individual's pc versus leaving it on the server. PC is then backed up to the same iSeries using TSM.
