I'll watch for it; I'm on that list too.  In fact, it looks like I've
received at least 4 "newsletters" from them, though I never paid any
attention to them in the past.

Aside to Joe:  the headers show the IP oiriginations as:

  8/1/2005:    Received: from bacacioxp ([216.231.0.130])

  2/1/2005:    Received: from midrangenews.net ([201.252.20.175])

Coincidentally(cough, cough), California Software is mentioned
prominently in each of them with "news" about the company.
