RE: program error.

is there a way to do that if it were a house service program?  (Without using 
CRTCLMOD and CRTPGM to create program).

You have to specify the procedure name in mixed case.  You don't need to
do a separate CRTCLMOD and CRTPGM; the service program containing this
procedure is automatically bound in.
