1 - Do not pick "Customized Cumulative PTF Package". Instead pick,
"Groups, HIPER, Cumulative fixes".
2 - Pick just the cume. Order any groups in a second order.
3 - Make sure that the following are checked: Include all requisite
ptf's, For ftp download or CD Rom media...
and try that.

Failing that, will this work:

Subject
Ordering Customized Cume package

I am having difficulty with Management Central when ordering PTF from IBM.
The central system is at V5R3 and the system I want to order the latest
CUME
for is at V5R2. I have connected to Management Central using OPS NAV and
collected the inventory successfully.

When I am at IBM's web site and input the central system all is ok. After
selecting the system to create the Customized CUME for, it fails "Unable
to
collect inventory from Management Central."

I am at a loss and cannot find any errors in the logs I am looking at.
Where should I be looking? Central system or remote system?
