It's possible. DDL supports CCSID at the column level. I believe DDS does also Why you would do it that way escapes me. There are 4 fields with the CCSID of 65535 ( JOTHD, JORADR, JONVI and JOESD ). All other character fields have a CSSID of 37. Anyone else seen this? What brought this to light was the client trying to display the data through iSeries Nav and getting HEX data for those fields.
