1 - Is the OS on that machine pre-RTVDSKINF days?
2 - Does it have so little space that you couldn't even run RTVDSKINF?

Well, there's always the fact that it tries to connect to 
a token-ring network that hasn't existed in over a year.

The latest manual IPL, in restricted mode, with the 
options set for maximum cleanup, gave me 94% on WRKSYSSTS.
