Brad, When you said: >> If it does work, then something most likely changed on the >> mail router side of things. Did you mean that SNDDST completed successfully, or did you mean an actual email was delivered? I tried SNDDST *LMSG and it said "Send distribution completed successfully", but I still didn't receive an actual email. -----Original Message----- From: midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Brad Stone Sent: Thursday, February 24, 2005 7:36 PM To: Midrange Systems Technical Discussion Subject: Re: Email problem Try using the SNDDST *LMSG command to send an email. If that doesn't work, then email isn't set up properly. If it does work, then something most likely changed on the mail router side of things. Like it thinks you're trying to relay emails using the wrong domain on the "from" address. I've seen this a few times since I support an email product. And these problems are the main reasons I created my own email sending routine. :) Totally bypassing the IBM SMTP server. Brad www.bvstools.com
