I've never had any problems with XP SP2 on my machines. You may need to enable the iSeries Access applications to talk through the firewall but that's about it. My iSeries Access V5R1 (upgraded to R3) talks to our iSeries systems at V5R1 & R3. Now, if your using an XP PC as an Ops Console, things might be different. You should check IBM's site for the latest support info. John A. Jones, CISSP Americas Information Security Officer Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc.
