Auto re-connect ODBC connection to iSeries -- MIDRANGE-L

How do I get the ODBC connection from our DOMINO wintel server to our
iSeries to re-connect automatically after I IPL or do an entire system save?
Currently, we end up restarting the DOMINO server.  We are using the iSeries
Access ODBC driver for the connection.
