I don't remember exactly but, to the best of my recollection, it wasn't
very long. OS/400 has some tables that ?cross-reference? all the tables
in the system like, for example, QSYS/QADBXREF. In our case these tables
got corrupted and the RCLSTG (*DBXREF) command fixed that. 

Of course, the system has to be put in a restricted mode...
