Rich,
Retrieve File Override Information (QDMRTVFO) API works with file overrides
and being that PRTF is a file, it should work. I haven't used it myself so
good luck :)

Subject: Retrieve print file overrides

Hi all,

Is there an API way to retrieve the details of DSPOVR?

Specifically, I'm buried deep in some code and need to find out about a
previously issued OVRPRTF command, namely outq, copies, save, formtype
and user data.

The current code (which has been running for some years) does a DSPOVR
*PRINT, then copies the spool file to a physical file in qtemp, and then
parses it. It works, but I don't care for it.

This is on V5R1.

Thanks.

Rich
